You are not a problem to be solved you are a story to be heard
Your life holds wonder and brokenness, joy and pain. If unhealed echoes from your formative years leave you disconnected, numb, ashamed, or stuck from your God-given calling, healing is possible - right here, in safe, compassionate space.
The Weight of Unspoken Stories
Deep down, you know you're meant for more - real connection, freedom, and a life that honors the purpose God designed you with. But something quietly blocks the way.
Trauma from your early years lingers when the care and attunement you needed wasn’t there. Pain gets stored as fragments in your body and mind.
This creates three intertwined struggles:
In your heart
Shame whispers you’re defective or unworthy; numbness protects you; fear keeps real connection just out of reach, leaving you exhausted and isolated even when surrounded by others.
On the surface
Old patterns repeat in relationships and your calling feels stuck, as unhealed echoes make forward movement feel unsafe.
At the deepest level
You were made for Shalom, wholeness, peace, and thriving connection with God and others. Unaddressed trauma fractures that design.
These aren't marks of failure on your part; they're the natural outcome of pain that never found a place to be held with kindness and truth. Left untouched, they quietly steal the life, courage, and belonging you long for.
Yet here's the hope: Your story isn't doomed to stay buried. When it's met with compassion and courage, the fragments can begin to integrate, shame loses its grip, and the path to living fully alive opens again.
I’m Here to Walk Alongside You
I understand how exhausting it can be to carry a story that feels too heavy or too complex for others to truly hold. You may have shared pieces of it before and received quick fixes, advice that missed the mark, or silence that left you feeling even more alone. That kind of response can deepen the very disconnection you’re longing to heal.
The space we create here is different.
I’m Ryan, and as your coach, my role is to meet you exactly where you are with a steady presence, deep listening, and no agenda to rush or reshape your story. My training is rooted in Narrative Focused Trauma Care® from the Allender Center, a framework developed by Dr. Dan Allender that honors both the beauty and the brokenness in every life. It integrates psychology, theology, and relational care to help people move through trauma, not around it, with kindness and truth.
What draws me most to this work is a simple conviction: your story deserves to be heard in full, the moments of wonder and joy that shaped you, as well as the pain and confusion that still echo. When those experiences were met with inadequate attunement in your formative years, parts of you learned to hide or protect themselves. Healing begins when those hidden places are welcomed back into safe relationship where shame can soften, fragments can integrate, and you can reclaim the connection and purpose God designed for you.
I won’t pretend I have magic answers or that this will be easy. But what I will do is show up with the same care I’d want for my own story; steady, honest, and rooted in the hope that healing really is possible. That when pain meets safe presence and truth, something shifts. Connection returns. Courage grows. You start to feel like yourself again, the you God created with purpose and light.
If this resonates, if you’re ready to have your story met with the care it has always deserved, I would be honored to begin that journey with you.
How We Move Forward Together
I know stepping into your story can feel daunting, sometimes even scary because it often brings up real pain and hard memories. I want you to know right from the start: this work can be challenging, and that's okay. I'll be with you every step, holding space with steady presence so you never have to face it alone. We'll keep things clear and unhurried, just three gentle steps, shaped around your story and what feels manageable for you, always in a place of safety and kindness.
I'm committed to walking with you through whatever comes, because your story and your healing matters.
Open the Door to Your Story
Choose a few key moments or chapters from your life from childhood or those formative years that still carry weight, joy, or ache. If it feels helpful, you can jot down a short narrative about one of them, capturing what happened, how it felt, and who was there. This can bring up some feelings, and that's completely normal, it's often the first real breath of relief when something carried alone finally has a safe place to land.
Share and Uncover Together
In our time together, you'll share at your own pace, maybe reading the narrative you wrote, maybe just putting words to what comes up. I'll be right there listening deeply, asking gentle questions when it helps, and offering observations to help us name patterns, themes, or what got missed along the way. We do this rooted in kindness and truth, no judgment, no hurry. I know this can bring up real pain and feel heavy at times and that's okay. I can hold that with you. I'll stay steady and present every step of the way so you don't have to walk through it by yourself.
Integrate and Step Toward Wholeness
As clarity grows and shame softens, we’ll connect these insights to your life right now; how they shift relationships, your sense of calling, or even your body’s way of holding old pain. We’ll weave in simple ways to care for yourself along the way. This is where your story begins to transform from fragmented to redeemed: protective walls soften, connection deepens, and you step more fully into the person God created you to be with courage, purpose, and a growing sense of wholeness.
This isn’t about shortcuts or making it easy. It's relational work tailored just to you. It’s about us showing up together: you sharing your story, me walking alongside you, ready to hold whatever arises. I can handle the hard parts with you, and I’ve seen time and again how this gentle path leads to genuine freedom, deeper connection, and the wholeness you were meant for.
If you're ready to explore your story with someone who'll walk with you through it all, I'd be honored to start with a discovery call. It's easy to begin, let's talk.
The Hope Ahead and Why It Matters
The Freedom on the Other Side
Imagine waking up to a life where the old echoes don’t hold as much power anymore. Your story, full of both wonder and real pain, starts to feel held together with kindness instead of shame. You sense deeper connection to yourself, to the people who matter, and to God without the constant numbness or walls that kept things at a distance. Shame quiets down as truth comes into the light, and courage takes its place where fear used to live. Relationships feel safer and more alive. You step into your God-given calling with more freedom and hope, no longer stuck or second-guessing every move. This is the wholeness you were made for, Shalom, peace, safety, and thriving connection, where love and kindness win out. Healing doesn’t erase what happened; it redeems it, so you can live more fully as the person God created you to be. I’ve seen this happen, and it’s beautiful.
The Silent Costs If We Don’t Address It
Without care, those un-held parts of your story don’t just fade, they keep shaping your days in subtle but heavy ways. Disconnection lingers in relationships, numbness guards your heart from feeling too deeply, shame whispers you’re broken or unworthy more often than you’d like. Patterns repeat, your calling feels distant or blocked, exhaustion builds even when things look okay on the outside, and isolation grows even in a room full of people. The fragments stay buried, fracturing the peace and belonging you long for. This isn’t because you’re failing, it’s what happens when pain hasn’t met the steady, compassionate presence it needs. The cost is real: more distance, less joy, less aliveness, less of the courage and full life you were meant for.
But here’s what I hold onto for you: Your story isn’t finished. When it’s met with kindness and truth in safe relationship, something shifts. Freedom becomes possible, connection returns, and hope grows stronger than the pain. That’s the journey I’m honored to walk with people through.
Ready to take the first step?
It's an honor to walk alongside people as their stories unfold. If this space feels like one where you could feel truly seen and held, the first step is simple: a discovery session to share a little about where you are and explore what this might look like together. No rush, no expectations, just a conversation. I'd be grateful for the chance to support you.
If booking feels too soon, that's completely okay, take your time. Drop me a message with any questions or explore more about how this work unfolds. I'm here whenever the timing feels good.
